In March, 2009, Coslight has invested to build Vehicle battery Industry Park. The industry park is located in Harbin Development Zone, which land area is 110, 000 m2 and building area is 67 ,000 m2.
The company is actively searching lithium mineral resources and currently owns lithium mine in Henan Province..
In2010, the first phase engineering of Vehicle battery Industry Park has been completed with annual production capability of 400 ,000 KVAh lithium batteries, which has processing and self matching ability in separator, electrolyte, copper foil, battery pack and structure parts of cell .And the company has strong industry integration advantage over the same industry.
Coslight has provided 40 Ah/345V matching battery system for HEV buses of A Bus Manufactory.The effect of energy saving and emission reduction is especially remarkable.The bus matched with Coslight li-ion battery can stably save 30% oil of traditional diesel bus for long term, and A Bus Manufactory has signed commercial order with us.
Coslight has provided 40 Ah/345V matching battery system for HEV buses of B Bus Manufactory, the energy saving effect is especially remarkable, and B Bus Manufactory has signed commercial order with us. The order will be in service of Guangzhou Asian Games.
Coslight will provide 40 Ah/345V test battery systems for HEV buses of C Bus Manufactory on May 2010. If the test battery systems are satisfactory to C Bus Manufactory, we will have commercial order.
Coslight will provide 100 Ah/336V test battery systems for HEV buses of D Bus Manufactory on May 2010. If the test battery systems are satisfactory to D Bus Manufactory, we will have commercial order.
Coslight will provide 300 Ah/336V test battery system for EV buses of D Bus Manufactory on June 2010. If the test battery systems are satisfactory to D Bus Manufactory, we will have commercial order.
Coslight will provide 600 Ah/336V test battery system for EV buses of D Bus Manufactory on August 2010. If the test battery systems are satisfactory to D Bus Manufactory, we will have commercial order.
Coslight has provided test 80 Ah/320V battery system for EV cars of E Company. The travel mileage is approximate 150 km that has achieved expectant result.
Coslight has signed agreement with F Vehicle Co., Ltd. According to the agreement, Coslight will provide matching battery systems for the existing types of vehicles and new types of vehicles of F Vehicle Co., Ltd. , both parties will cooperate at the aspect EV car development and technology communication, electric car industrialization, special electric vehicle industrialization and so on .
By the end of 2011, Coslight has supplied 790 sets of EV batteries to market, include HEV-bus batteries, PHEV-bus batteries, EV-bus batteries, EV-car batteries and etc. And these actual EV are used in good condition, among which 200 vehicles have ran more than 150000 km mileages.
