The fuction of BVT mainly is to collect voltage and temperature of the cells, and collect the outlet and inlet temperature of battery pack so that the battery pack can be equalizing . Through internal CAN bus line, the data could be reported to BMU. Therefore, the real-time monitor is realized on battery cell.

the Module Unit can run independently
Each BVT unit can collect the voltage of 24 pieces of cells by daisy chain . In this way, the high voltage separator may be dispensable.
The equalizer circuit of each battery is controlled by single chip to set operation mode by software algorithm.
adopt The anti-electromagnetic interference circuit is adopted at the Power supply and CAN interface so that the BVT unit can work effectively under complicated magnetic environment with high EMI performance.
