On January 2nd, 2008, altogether six people including the Party’s secretary of Lushi County, Henan Province have investigated the enterprise and negotiated for the cooperation.
On January 17th, 2008, the organization department of municipal party’s committee and a non-local delegate of fifteen people have investigated and visited the plant.
On January 30th, 2008, Harbin Coslight Storage Battery Co., Ltd. has been formally approved by the State Development and Reform Commission and changed its name into “Harbin Coslight Storage Battery Co., Ltd.”. As entrusted by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce, Heilongjiang Industrial and Commercial Bureau has issued the legal person business license with changed name to the company.
On February 1st, 2008, the group has held a speech contest for above medium-level cadres. Thirty cadres have won the prize.
On February 26th, 2008, employees of Harbin Coslight Group Stock Co., Ltd. have donated a sum of RMB 143,000 Yuan to the employee of Harbin Coslight Power Co., Ltd. who has suffered from disaster at home.
On March 5th, 2008, Harbin Coslight Storage Battery Co., Ltd. has donated a sum of RMB 200,000 Yuan to Harbin Charity Fund.
On March 28th, 2008, chairman of Harbin Coslight Group Stock Co., Ltd. On May 14th, 2008, Coslight Huaxia Science and Technology Co., Ltd. has donated a sum of RMB one million Yuan to China Red Cross Association for Sichuan earthquake rescue.
On May 15th, 2008, employees of Yanbian Coslight Storage Battery Co., Ltd. have donated a sum of RMB 8,800 Yuan to the local economy bureau for Sichuan earthquake rescue.
On May 16th, 2008, Harbin Coslight Storage Battery Co., Ltd. has donated fifteen groups of 48V/GFM100AH storage batteries worth of 600,00 RMB to Sichuan disastrous area through China Mobile Group.

On June 1st, 2008, chairman of Harbin Coslight Group Stock Co., Ltd. has donated a sum of RMB 100,000 Yuan to Sichuan disastrous area through Wanggang Town government.
On August 12th, 2008, Harbin Coslight Group Stock Co., Ltd. has donated a sum of RMB one million Yuan to Jiange County in Sichuan disastrous area through Heilongjiang Industrial and Commercial Association to resume the school construction.

Between October 26th-29th, 2008, the deputy general manager of group Liu Ye has investigated the utilization condition of one million RMB in Jiange County, Sichuan Province for school construction together with the provincial industrial and commercial association.

On December 8th, 2008, Harbin Coslight Group Stock Co., Ltd. has been honored the title of “2008 Advanced Unit of Data Statistics” by Lead Acid Storage Battery Branch of China Electrical Industry Association.
On December 9th, 2008, the deputy provincial director Gai Rugen has led other nineteen personnel to investigate the group. They have recognized the group development and sincerely hope Coslight to seize the opportunity to become larger and stronger.
Between December 19th- day, 2008, the vice chairman of group Li Kexue has led other three personnel in the infrastructure construction, technology and electrical engineering to reach India and make initial preparation for the plant construction there.
In December 2008, Harbin Coslight Electronics Co., Ltd. has completed the infrastructure construction project of cross-year project with a total construction area of 69,000 m2 and an investment of 40 million RMB.
In December 2008, Harbin Coslight Storage Battery Co., Ltd. has newly constructed the office building and basically realized heat sealing status. The construction area is 5200 m2 and investment is 4.33 million RMB.
At the end of August 2008, the infrastructure of Coslight storage battery polar plate workshop has been delivered and equipment installation has been launched out. The formal production has started on November 13th. The total construction area is 4600 m2 and investment is 3 million RMB.
Between January-December 2008, Russian Folkstone Corporation has invested a sum of 1160 USD.
In 2008, the civil construction of power copper foil workshop has realized 6300 m2 with an investment of 8.23 million RMB; the equipment investment has reached 17.85 million RMB.
In 2008, the storage battery company has newly increased a fixed assets of 13.84 million RMB including a communication vehicle expense of 750,000 RMB, micro-computer and matching facility expense of 1.479 million RMB and equipment expense of 11.60 million RMB.
In Spring 2008, it has made an investment of 800,000 RMB, repaired cable street with a total land area of 4500 m2 and Guangyu Road with a total land area of 5000 m2.
In 2008, Daqing Folkstone Corporation has invested a sum of 800,000 RMB to construct a concrete road and material block site of 3700 m2. It has also invested a sum of 1.20 million RMB to construct 2275m2 material block workshop.
In 2008, Zhuhai Folkstone Corporation has invested a sum of 4 million RMB for the cross-year project in the year and constructed the polar plate workshop, comprehensive workshop and sewage water disposal workshop with a total land area of 37,000 m2.
By the end of 2008, Shenyang Northeast Storage Battery Stock Co., Ltd. has made a total investment of 105,500,000 RMB including a land investment of 15.50 million RMB, civil construction of 65 million RMB and equipment investment of 25 million RMB.
On December 26th, 2008, Harbin Daily has made an announcement: “Harbin Coslight Storage Battery Co., Ltd. has been honored the title of 2006-2007 Level A Taxpayer in Harbin. 105 Level A taxpaying enterprises have been evaluated this time.”

On January 13, 2007, Harbin Coslight Storage Battery Co. Ltd. was awarded the honorary title of “First Excellent Enterprise of China” by China Enterprise Reform and Development Committee and China National Committee for Approval of Enterprise’s Independent Innovation.
On January 18, 2007, more than 20 deputies to the National People’s Congress came to Harbin Coslight Power Co., Ltd. for inspection.
In January, 2007, the Company was awarded the honorary title of “Model of Advanced Private Enterprises” by Nangang Branch of Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau and Private Enterprise Association of Nangang.
In January, 2007, the Company was awarded the title of “Provincial Contract-Abiding and Trustworthy Enterprise (2005-2006)” by Heilongjiang Administration for Industry and Commerce.
On March 22, 2007, Daqing KST Science & Technology Co., Ltd. was put into production formally after one-year construction preparation. At the beginning of the production, ten production lines were operating and could produce two tons of “microfiber glass silk wadding” daily. The designed production capacity was daily production of ten tons.

On April 2, 2007, eight persons of the municipal Party committee led by the Vice Secretary Wang Ying and accompanied by five persons of the development zone such as the secretary and director of the bureau thereof came to the Company for inspecting the project of “lithium ion electric bicycle”. The general manager of the Company, Song Dianquan, made a report concerning the prospect and land expropriation of the project. On April 9th, three persons from the Investigation and Research Office of the municipal Party committee made an investigation and research over the project.

From April 18 to 22, 2007, the Company appointed personnel to execute asset and capital verification over the D & R Center of Tianjin Bicycle No. 3 Factory. On July 6th, 2007, the new company, Tianjin Cosbike, producing electric bicycles was put into operation formally.

On January 22, 2005, the subsidiary of Harbin Coslight Power Group Co., Ltd., Harbin Coslight Storage Battery Co., Ltd., held the Coslight Reading and Speech Contest of “Responsibility, Loyalty and Passion” and achieved a complete success. The Vice General Manager of the Company, Tian Guang, awarded the certificate of honor to the award winners.
On January 24, 2005, Harbin Coslight Power Group Co., Ltd. was granted the honorary title of “Excellent Management Prize” on the IQNet Association--The International Certification Network forum.
On February 2, 2005, the Secretary of Harbin Municipal Committee of the CPC, Du Yuxin, the Vice Mayor of Harbin City, Cong Guozhang, and relevant leaders of Harbin Municipal Labor Bureau, totaling 17 persons, came to Coslight Group to condole with migrant workers and inspect the working situation of the migrant workers in the Company. During the visiting period, they visited the cell phone battery manufacturing workshop of the Company and participated in the communication in the meeting room, giving affirmation to the development of the Company.
On February 24, 2005, the fifth annual meeting of China Entrepreneurs Forum was brought to a successful close in Yabuli. During the meeting, the Chief of Shanghai Bureau of Forbes Magazine Press, Fan Luxian, paid a visit to the cell phone battery manufacturing workshop of the Group Company and gave affirmation to the development of the Company.
In recent days, an employee of the technology division of Harbin Coslight Storage Battery Co., Ltd. was diagnosed as uremia after sent into the hospital for inspection. Owing to the limited bearing capacity of the family of the employee, the leaders of the Company called on the whole staff to offer financial assistance for the employee in a volunteer form, namely, to offer up the caring of every employee to help the employee with uremia pull through.
On March 25, 2005, during the economic working conference of 2004 convened jointly by the Committee of the CPC of Nangang District, Harbin City and the People’s Government of Nangang District, Harbin City, Harbin Coslight Storage Battery Co., Ltd. was granted three honorary titles of “Exceptional Contribution Award of Regional Economic Development of 2004”, “Demonstrative Private Science & Technology Enterprise of 2004” and “Advanced Enterprises of Export for Earning Foreign Currency of 2004” jointly by the Committee of the CPC of Nangang District, Harbin City and the People’s Government of Nangang District, Harbin City.
In March, 2005, Harbin Coslight Storage Battery Co., Ltd. was granted the Membership of China Power Supply Society and the certificate thereof.
In March, 2005, Harbin Coslight Power Group Co., Ltd. was granted the honorary title of “Model of Advanced Private Enterprises of 2004” jointly by Nangang Branch of Harbin Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce and Private Enterprise Association of Nangang District, Harbin City.
On April 21, 2005, two relevant personnel of Germany Siemens carried on-the-spot investigation in such technological link departments as the production workshop of Coslight Storage Battery Co., Ltd. and took a special discussion in the meeting room and reached a consensus. They gave affirmation to the development progress of the Company further and were full of expectation over the future cooperation of both parties.

On September 30, 2005, Harbin Coslight Group Co., Ltd. was granted the honorary title of “Chinese Excellent Enterprises Database” by the Federation of Chinese Enterprises and the Association of Chinese Entrepreneurs. The President of the Company was elected into Chinese Entrepreneurs Database on the same day.
On November 15, 2005, at the Nonpublic Economy Working Conference of the whole province held by Provincial Committee of the CPC and Provincial Government in Hepingcun Restaurant, the President of Harbin Coslight Group Co., Ltd., Song Dianquan, was acclaimed as “Outstanding Private Entrepreneurs of Heilongjiang Province” and obtained a “Saibao” Car.
During the conference, Harbin Coslight Storage Battery Co., Ltd. won the honorary title of “Provincial Top 500 Enterprises on Taxpaying”.

On January 10, 2003, China Machinery Industry Federation awarded Harbin Coslight Group Co., Ltd. the glorious title of “The Sixth Batch of Progressive Model Enterprises in Mechanical Industrial Management”.
On January 11, 2003, Harbin Coslight Group was claimed as the seventh batch of enterprises reaching the standards of normalization of element tasks of mechanical industrial enterprises management by China Machinery Enterprise Management Association.

On February 23, 2003, People's Daily, with the subject of “Strive to Realize the Objective of Building a Well-Off Society in an All-Around Way in Harbin”, published the outstanding contribution of 50 major enterprises with good economic benefits and the leaders of the enterprises in Harbin to the local economy in 2002 in two pages. News of Harbin Coslight Power Co., Ltd on March 27, 2003: the second-phase construction of polymer lithium ion battery was commenced on March 10, 2003. It stepped on the phase of equipment installation and debugging for the time being. The production capacity of the second-phase construction reached 20 thousand per day. News of Infrastructure Construction Department of the Group on March 27, 2003: the construction of the main part of the Coslight’s new dining hall, the foundation of which had been finished in the previous year, would be started in the near future. The original staff dining hall could not fulfill the demands at that time because the rapid development of the Group and continuously increased staff. The new dinning hall has two stories, with the first story covered an area of 1,400 square meters and provided with large dinning rooms, small dinning rooms and rest rooms and the second floor covered an area of 1,508 square meters and provided with offices, large dining rooms, small dining rooms and rest rooms. At 9:20 of May 12, 2003, the Company convened an emergency meeting on combating the SARS. The President Song Dianquan attached great importance to it; he attended and presided over the meeting. On August 20, 2002, after the overall appraisal, Coslight-brand storage batteries, DC power cabinets and high frequency switching power sources produced by the Group was awarded the honor of Chinese Renowned Brand by Committee on Chinese Brands for Development.
In September, 2002, Coslight Power Co., Ltd. participated in reconstruction and bidding of 500KV substation apparatus in Northeast Extra High Voltage Bureau and ranked the first as to the grade of manufacturers in the industry and won the bid with three sets of DC equipment which were used in 500KV Hexin substation of Changchun Electric Power Bureau, 500KV Dongfeng substation of Changchun Electric Power Bureau as well as 500KV Hanan substation of Harbin Electric Power Bureau. At the bidding meeting, specialists participating the meeting set a high value on the scale and technology of our company.
On September 20, 2002, Harbin Coslight Group Co., Ltd. was awarded as “Advanced Enterprise of Heilongjiang in Quality Management in 2002” by Heilongjiang Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.
On September 22, 2002, the Group was awarded as “Users-Satisfaction Enterprise” by Heilongjiang Quality Control Association.
On October1, 2002, Coslight Group Co., Ltd. was awarded as “Contract-Abiding and Trustworthy Enterprise” by Harbin Industrial and Commercial Bureau.
On October 8, 2002, Cong Guozhang, the associate director of high-tech development zone, with three persons inspected our company and recommended the preferential policy related to high-tech development zone and encouraged Coslight Group to fully utilize the relevant policy so as to step up the development of the enterprise. Song Dianquan, the president of the Group and Li Kexue, the vice president received visitors.
On October 12, 2002, the general office of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce issued the certificate to our Group: “as to the total operating revenue, Harbin Coslight Group Co., Ltd ranked in the 158th place in the survey of enterprise operation on scale private member enterprises of National Association of Industry and Commerce in 2001”.
In October, 2002, Chen Chenghui, the president of Kehua Company and the general manager-Lu Mingfu visited our company in person, investigated and negotiated cooperation issued. After the negotiation between both parties, a consensus was reached as to the respects of quality, price and supply of products, etc. Both parties had moved to the next phase of substantive cooperation. Currently, Coslight Power Co., Ltd. has supplied to Kehua Company in small amount. The total annual demand in the domestic UPS market was about RMB5 billion with the annual average growth of 15% while the annual demand of UPS matching battery was nearly RMB2-3 billion and the Kehua Company was the largest UPS manufacturers in China with wide customer base in various industries and good reputation. Kehua Company and Coslight Group believed that the cooperation would bring benefits to each other in the battery market by virtue of mutual brand advantages. On October 23, 2002, Coslight Group was awarded as “national credibility and law observation township enterprise” by Bureau of Township Enterprise, Ministry of Agriculture.
On November 12, 2002, Coslight Technology International Group Limited was awarded as “Employment Outstanding Member of Association of Industry and Commerce” by China Labor and Social Security Department, All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, which highly appreciated Coslight Group for contributions to job enlargement and re-employment promotion over the years.

In 2002, Harbin Coslight Power Co., Ltd. and Harbin Coslight Storage Battery Co. Ltd. obtained the High-tech Enterprise Cognizance Certificate issued by Heilongjiang Science and Technology Agency.

On June 7, 2001, at about 9:30, a total of more than 40 persons as the delegation of UN International Conference for Social Development Countermeasure in Northeast Asia visited and inspected the Group in the company of concerned comrades of provincial government. Representatives set a comparatively high value on the present development status of the company. During the visit, Mr. Lai Shanglong, one of key members of the delegation and the chief economic affairs commissioner of UNDESA wrote the inscription: “Best wishes for success of Coslight Group”. Other UN officials and representatives from several nations also left messages on a signed book.
On August 10, 2001, the Group successfully registered Harbin Coslight Power Co., Ltd. and has possessed 12 subsidiaries by now.
On December 26, 2001, there were nearly 50 Coslight International Group Hong Kong shareholders visited and inspected in the headquarters of the Group and heard work report given by Song Dianquan, the president of the Group.
In November, 2001, our Group was awarded as “China privately owned high technology Corporate Innovation Award in 2001” by China Council for Promotion of Privately Owned High Technology.

On January 10, 2000, a total of five persons of Russia Communication Committee conducted a site review of ISO9001Quality System in our company. After the review, our company obtained the Certificate of Quality Certification issued by Russia, which was the first time for Russia to issue this kind of certificate in China so as to lay the foundation of entering the Russia market for storage batteries of our company.
In May, 2000, Beijing Guang Yu-Huaxia Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. was founded in China and the website of lodestar with the URL of lodestar.com.cn was established to become the first website in China to provide personalization information service for electric power, electric communication as well as relevant industries and technical persons in China.
In August, 2000, Harbin Coslight Electric Automation Co., Ltd., a new Hi-tech enterprise, mainly engaged in the research and development as well as production and sales of electric automation equipment, was established.

On October 26, 1999, the share holder of Harbin Coslight Storage Battery Co. Ltd. transfers shares though COSLIGHT INTERNATINAL (B.V.I) wholly to Coslight Technology International Group Limited (Registered in Bermuda).
In June, 1999, the Group exclusively invested in Khabarovsk of Russian to set up the Lend Industrial Center Co. Ltd.
On November 17, 1999, Coslight Technology International Group Limited was listed in Hong Kong.
In December, 1999, Harbin Coslight Power Co., Ltd. was established with the total investment of RMB80 million.
On December 28, 1999, Harbin Kesilaite Industry Co., Ltd. was founded with the main products of batteries accessories and auxiliary products, and has undertaken a task of external panel beating.

On June 24, 1998, Harbin Coslight Storage Battery Co. Ltd. was established with the registered capital of 35 million shares. At the same time, the whole business and asset managed by Harbin Coslight Power Sources Factory were transferred to Harbin Coslight Storage Battery Co., Ltd.
At the end of 1998, the Alike Trading Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group was established in the city of Kaliningrad, the largest special economic zone in Russian Federation.
In 1998, the second generation of the Coslight valve-regulated seal lead-acid battery and the third generation of the Coslight intelligence model valve-regulated seal lead-acid battery have been successfully developed. The exterior of production was beautiful, each performance index of which all reached the advanced international level.
