The company has set up well-organized management framework and perfect quality guarantee system. There are business department, production department, technical inspection department, power equipment department, enterprise management department and other departments. Now it has 34 staff, 9 professional technicians and management staff, including three senior engineers, three engineers and one technician. In 2003, the company passed ISO 9001-2000 quality management system certificate. And in 2004, it obtained the Compulsory Product Certification (CCC certification) for electric wire and cable implemented by China Quality Certification Center. Moreover, it¡¯s recommended by the State Economic and Trade Commission to upgrade and improve urban and rural power grids. Now it has become a member of enterprise networks of Heilongjiang power companies and Harbin electric power bureaus.
The company is specializing in the following products: PVC insulated power cables, XLPE power cables, overhead insulated conductors of rated voltages up to 10kv, PVC insulated control cables, aluminum standard conductors and steel reinforced aluminum conductors, and more than 14 series of 200 types of cables and wires for electrical equipments. The products are inspected by China National Centre for Quality Supervision and Test of Electric Wire and Cable and Heilongjiang Quality Supervision and Test Centre of Electric Wire and Cable. All the products are in compliance with the national standards and enjoy good reputation from the customers. In 2001, Coslight Electrical wires and cables were awarded the title of Heilongjiang¡¯s famous brand products.
In order to better satisfy the market demand, the company has replaced part of its production equipments and purchased the branch cable production equipments, which enable the company manufacture new products and speed up its development to better meet the customers¡¯ requirements.
