I. Purpose & Scope of Application
The HXGN-12 high-voltage vacuum ring main switch cabinet (called ring main unit for short) is applicable to the distribution system of industrial and mining enterprises, residence communities, high-rise buildings and schools as a power supply unit of indoor three-phase 12KV, 50HZ ring main and a terminal distribution equipment. It may break or close the rated load current and transformer no-load current, and as well break or close the capacitance current of a certain distance of overhead line, cable or condenser bank. The load switch-fuse composite apparatus cabinet is able to break the rated short-circuit current in a one-off way and is used for protecting the equipment, distributing and controlling electric power.
II. Operating environment
Ambient temperature upper limit and lower limit are respectively 40¡æ and -25¡æ;
Altitude is not more than 1000m;
Relative humidity: daily average value should not be more than 95%, while monthly average value should not be more than 90%;
Places without fire and explosion risk and violent vibration, and corrosive and combustible gas, vapor and conducting dust in the ambient air and obvious pollution.
