VII. Laying construction methods
Generally speaking, the pre-fabricated assembly branch cables of vertical main line shall be laid according to the following points:
Place the cable disc on the pay-off stand (the cable disc shall be placed in the downstairs and cables shall be lifted up);
Lifting ropes shall be connected with cables through winding machine;
Start the winding machine and lift up cables;
Once the lifting cable net sleeve has reached the roof, suspend the net sleeve on the prepared hook;
Fix up the middle part;
Connect the branch line end and current meter or circuit breaker;
Connect with the horizontal main line or main circuit board.
VIII. Construction notice
Special attention shall be paid to the following points during the laying of pre-fabricated assembly branch cables:
Confirm the transportation methods (vehicle dimension and parking lot) in advance;
Confirm whether pre-fabricated branch can safely pass the hole;
Adopt preventive measures to prevent branch damage in the holes during lifting operation;
Refrain from imposing tension force on branch during lifting operation;
Utilize lifting cables with above 4 times cable weight;
Consider rainwater shed measures and empty disc disposal measures in advance;
After the cable lifting operation, adopt proper measures for fixation to avoid falling and thus damage;
