1¡¢General Description
The XGN2-12£¨Z£©case type fixed metal-enclosed switch cabinet is mainly used for power receiving and distribution in the system of 3.6-12Kv, three-phase 50HZ. It is particularly applicable for frequent operation. The switch cabinet meets the requirements of national standard GB3906 and international standard IEC298. It has the ¡°five-prevention¡± interlocking functions with convenient operation. It is mainly equipped with ZN28A series vacuum circuit breakers.
2. Operating Conditions
Ambient temperature upper limit and lower limit are respectively +40¡æ and -20¡æ;
Relative humidity: daily average value is not more than 95%, while the monthly average value is not more than 90%;
Altitude is not more than 1000m;
Places without fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.

4. Structural Features
1. The breaker is fixed in the breaker isolation chamber equipped with a pressure release channel. The operating mechanism is mounted on the front left outside the cabinet. The both are connected with a horizontal shaft and a tension rod etc.
2. Both the upper and lower isolation switches adopt GN30-10£¨D£©type rotary isolating switches with double opened contacts (the GN22-10 non-rotary switch is selected as the lower isolation switch with rated current 3150A).
3. The breakers, upper and lower isolating switches, and front and back doors are interlocked by means of special mechanical interlocking mechanism and mechanical programmed lock for the purpose of meeting the requirements of ¡°five-prevention¡±.
4. The switch cabinet is maintained in double faces; it is not mounted against the wall. The illuminating lamps are installed respectively in the breaker and cable chambers.
5. A ground copper bus bar that has a section 40¡Á4mm and parallels with cabinet in the direction of cabinet width is arranged in the lower part of the front door for the sake of reliable and safe grounding of each cabinet.
5. Ordering Instructions
The purchaser should supply the following technical information for ordering.
1. Number of main wiring scheme, single wire system diagram, array diagram and layout plan;
2. Schematic diagram of secondary circuit wiring and terminal array diagram (according to the manufactory¡¯s standard without the terminal array diagram);
3. Types, specifications and quantity of electric components in the switch cabinet;
4. Specification and material quality of main bus bar;
5. Provide the sizes of span and height of bus bridge (if needed);
6. The special operating environment of switch cabinet should be advanced in the course of ordering;
7. Specify the types and quantity of other accessories and spare parts if needed.
