I. Scope of Application
The GZS1-12 type indoor metal-clad withdrawable switchgear is a complete distribution equipment of three-phase AC 50Hz single bus bar and single bus bar sectioning system with rated voltage 12KV. It is mainly applicable for power distribution in power plants, medium and small generators, and for power receiving and distribution in electric system and industrial and mining enterprises. It may as well be used for controlling, protecting and monitoring the high voltage motor that starts frequently.
II. Operating Conditions
1. Ambient temperature upper limit and lower limit are respectively +40℃ and -25℃.
2. Altitude is not more than 1000m;
3. Relative humidity: daily average value: <95%; monthly average value: <90%;
4. Seismic intensity is not more than 8°;
5. Places where there are no fire hazard, dirt and explosion risk, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.

IV. Structural Features
1. The package assembly coupled with high strength bolts and multiple bending technology enables the cabinet to have a high mechanical strength.
2. The advanced manufacturing process and application of imported numerically controlled shearing, punching and bending machine tools guarantee the accuracy of the dimensions of cabinet components. Thus, all the parts and assembly parts are interchangeable.
3. The cabinet is made of aluminum-zinc coated plate; the panel is subject to electrostatic spray. Thus, the cabinet has a beautiful appearance and shock resistance and as well a great antiseptic power.
4. The protection degree of crust of the switchgear is IP4X; the degree of protection of the compartment is IP2X.
5. Equipped with a mechanical interlocking device; having “five-prevention” capabilities.
