I. Purpose
The GGD type AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet is applicable to the distribution system of power plants, transformer substations, and industrial and mining enterprises with AC 50 HZ, rated operating voltage 380V and rated working current up to 3150A. It is used for electric energy transformation, distribution and control of power, lighting and distribution equipment.
The GGD type AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet measures up to the IEC439 standard for complete low-voltage switchgear and controlgear and GB7251 standard for complete switchgear. It is characterized by a great breaking capability, a favorable property of dynamic and thermal stability, novel and reasonable structure, sound electric scheme, wide applicability and high degree of protection etc.

III. Operating Conditions
1. Ambient temperature should not be more than -25¡æ but not less than 40¡æ; 24-hour average temperature should not be more than +35¡æ.
2. The altitude of installation site should not exceed 2000m in the case of indoor installation;
3. The relative humidity of ambient air should not exceed 50% at +40¡æ; a higher relative humidity is allowed under conditions of low temperature (e.g. 90% at +20¡æ). The condensation may be generated under the influence of temperature variation, which should be taken into consideration.
4. The vertical inclination of equipment should not exceed 5¡ã.
5. The equipment should be installed in the places without violent vibration and impulse and as well the places without corrosion to the electric components.

V. Structural Features
1. The cabinet bracket is made of 8FM formed section by means of welding and assembly; there are 20MM and 100MM mould holes in cabinet bracket. Thus, the versatility of product is enhanced.
2. The main circuit is arranged in the upper back of the cabinet and shows block structure be means of bus bar clamp, which make the cabinet have favorable dynamic and thermal stability.
3. The protection degree of cabinet reaches IP30.
4. Favorable ventilation and radiating measures are taken; there are ventilation and heat dispersion holes in the lower part, upper back and on the top of the cabinet.
5. Having beautiful appearance on the whole and high strength.
VI. Ordering Instructions
The purchasers should supply the following information for ordering.
1. Number of main wiring scheme, single wire system diagram, array diagram and layout plan;
2. Schematic diagram of secondary circuit wiring and terminal array diagram (according to the manufactory¡¯s standard without terminal array diagram);
3. Types, specifications and quantity of electric components in the switch cabinet;
4. Specification and material quality of main bus bar;
5. Supply the sizes of span and height of bus bridge (if needed);
6. The special operating environment of cabinet should be advanced in the course of ordering;
7. Types and quantity of other accessories and spare parts (if needed); |
